Admittedly, I am as guilty of this as anyone. I don't own a single vinyl record; but I want to...does that count? If I had 3 million extra dollars, I would buy this collection in one second of one heart beat, as the saying goes.

ReplyDeleteWow. As you know I have sung the praises of vinyl. There is much argument about it's superiority over digital. Unfortunately I don't see how it can survive, especially as uncompressed music is becoming more of a reality. It's a shame. There is something to say about the album experience. $.99 a track is not the same thing, or even close. Hopefully the right person sees this and buys that collection to preserve it. It truly is priceless.
